Rain Dreaming by Ruby Nakamarra Collins

Ruby Nakamarra Collins was born in 1946. The main subjects in her paintings are Water, Seed and Bush Tucker Dreamings. This painting is the Water Dreaming. The rain came from the north, creating places as it travelled. The long wavy lines represent the floodwaters of the rain. The rain clouds are depicted as the bar shapes.
